When I first ed Plant Lens Plant identifier, I selected the whats new selection. Guess what in the middle of the text it said is available for free. I ed it and was immediately informed of a yearly charge of $69.99. I tried to identify a type of evergreen and was told it was a red cedar. Unfortunately, the picture of the needles did not match up with the actual tree. I have now spent several hours going in circles trying to cancel my obvious error in selecting this app.

This app is absolutely terrible the worst! Do not this! The first time I tried to take a picture it just freezes, doesn't allow you to move or adjust picture to identify a plant. It's already predisposed for the picture placement without being able to properly align it. Not to mention, I had to go through at least 5 ads while trying to take a picture & get an identification. This is the very 1st time I've used this. You've already batted zero. I would never pay money for this.. FAILURE!

$59 non-refundable fee. I tried the 3-day free trial, used it twice at the time I installed it, as part of the free trial. I haven't used it since and totally forgot about it. My next Telstra bill came with a third party (Google Play) charge of $59 - which took a lot of investigation to find out that the charge was for Plant Lens. I requested, and was subsequently denied, a refund by Google Play. I don't know if the app is any good. Not sure how to cancel! DON'T TRY THE 'FREE' TRIAL!!

It's an easy app to access and use overall... Just a couple of things: • that it's highly priced at $59.99 yearly subscription, I only used the 3 day trial. • Cancellation needs to be done at the PlayStore because there's no information on how to cancel on their FAQ's, when you look for it on the app. • It was scary to read that they zoom into your location and your address pops up on the picture of the plant (the one you take), not sure if anyone else can see the address.

I never agreed to pay $60 for this app. They just took my money. I'm disputing this charge. Also, when you try to use the app, you never get a clear answer of what plant it might be. You get a dozen possibilities, each with pictures that don't at all match the photo you took. Finally, there are malware ads that have invaded my phone since I installed.

Very disappointed. Within the first two hours after trying this app and having it fail to identify anything I sent an email asking that the subscription be cancelled. Wrong way to do it! I was charged so I sent another email explaining I'd tried to cancel. Received a response that I could cancel in 2021. Lesson learned. Since then I decided what the heck, may as well use it. The app has NEVER identified anything correctly. And I've not received a response when I reported that fact.

STEER CLEAR! It acts very much like a virus. I installed it, and the next thing I knew, it was wanting my CC info. I tried to stop it, but it kept sending notifications to my phone even after I I specifically blocked them. I tried to shut it down, but it wouldn't go.away. I finaly found it in my subscriptions (I never subscribed to anything!), and got that to stop. Only then was.I able to uninstall it.

I used it one time, and I suppose it worked fine. My main issue is that not long after using it, I started getting ads popping up on my screen, like it was from a phone booster (I don't have a phone booster). Virus scan gets a hit; Adware. On my open tabs screen, each ad pretended to be different apps, but digging deeper, they linked back to Plant Lens. Uninstall Plant Lens? No more apps. In short, this app gave me a virus.
