Pixel 7, the app just doesn’t work at all. It opens and keeps saying “an error occured”, and you cannot do anything. Tried clearing the data, reinstalling, nothing helps. Their app says to call them on the phone, haha, nice joke, would I use the app it I wanted to talk to you on the phone? And also talking on the phone is just weird, give me an email address.

Stopped working for me. I get a Session Timeout screen. When I press Back to Home, it takes me there but then a popup appears saying "An Error Occurred", and then back to the Session Timeout screen. I tried clearing the cache, data, and uninstall to app - nothing works. In this state it is unusable. This is happening with Pixel 7a running Android 15. Update: It's even worse than I thought - when trying to create an , it gets stuck on the country selection. Utterly worthless.

The first I rented from them the experience was great no deposit nor surprises. The second time apparently you can't be a Tennessee resident and rent a car suprise $400 deposit even though I prepaid and there was no deposit on the pre-pay form till I got there to pick it up.

I love using Alamo. It is one of the better car rental agencies out there and they make ordering vehicles so easy. I have used it in several different countries and so far so good. It's loyalty program is also great. Once in a while the app does have hiccups, but overall it makes reserving a car easy.
