I recently ed this App from Google Play Store, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The product is very -friendly, making it easy to use on my mobile, whilst out & about. The process was smooth, and I received updates & real time info when I needed it promptly. It was exactly as described on their platform and has not crashed or let me down. I’m thrilled with the quality and would definitely use them again in any country they are based but in the future. 👍 Thank you.

App consistently resets settings making viewing the map an exercise in frustration. The service itself is also terrible: in the time it took for our bus to arrive (which is supposed to come by every 10 minutes) 3 competing services had 4 buses each drive by that stop. Even the afternoon tea bus drove by twice! When we finally got picked up, the bus drove past one stop and then said we weren't leaving for another 10 minutes! The buses' routes overlap but don't specify which route they're taking.

Useless, bus are either late or no shows. Theres no real time data, during F1 Singapore quiet a few stops were no active, however stops showing active! guided tour are just ads, random rubbish, take a cab! many other operators out there at half the price! big bus blunders 🙄. operating out a car park, air con broke! waste of money

Used in Madrid yesterday. Never again. The one star is for the staff but will never buy this tour, nor get the app. Both were a waste of time, money and energy. Other city tours were ing us by with more frequency, better stops/routes, more comfort (no roof cover in sunny 40° and no aircon downstairs) and no audio languages (just the live guide on the rooftop but hard to be on the bus). App doesn't explain the landmarks or send you to a page that does so we couldn't follow anything.

Was not very helpful. Audio via headphones play mostly music instead of a guided tour and information. Bus stop numbers shown on the app are not reflected on bus stop signs. The bus ended abruptly at the farthest point from our hotel, so we had to pick up a cab. It is listed that it ends at 5:45pm, but it ended at 5:00pm. Would not use this again.

Live tracking never worked. Which might have made up for the terribleness of their ability to stay even remotely on schedule. Red line with a person narrating was decent, but avoid the yellow line. This one only has a recorded message and it never indicates where to look left or right for whatever sight they are describing. Sometimes the recording gives the street address, but we all know how beneficial that can be. We had a group of 18 and that many unsatisfied customers on day 2.

ed to follow the route and find the closest bus once off... (seconds time, a year apart or so) this time the expirience want too bad. I could follow the buses and have an idea when would they arrive, plus was easy to find the closest bus stop. Still a bit buggy and crashed a couple of times, but definitely useful :-)

The real time updates are non existent. Not much other use for the app. Plenty of potential, just not backed up with tracking data
