Recently, I renewed my subscription to B&B A week later, I was unable to log on? 3 wks ed. I was still unable to log on. I was mad! I paid, but I had no access. Well, I sat in a rest area scrolling through every paragraph of B&B looking for something thing that would help. I found an email and sent an email explaining what happened. I received a response with in 12hr! They looked, debug,and found the problem! They even personally called me and helped get back on! 👉AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great Concept, but needs work. I ed the app as a potential service provider. I thought I would scope it out and then decided if I wanted to . Problem is I can't check out the app without setting up a subscription. Not smart. I can tell this is a new app, yet the devs seem more focused on getting money than gaining interest in their product. With interest comes the money. Not the other way around. Hoping it changes but for now it's no good in my opinion

Great feature is that it works with the GPS and Google maps so you can find places near your current location. By zooming out you can see which routes have overnight stable options when planning trips. It's also very intuitive and easy to use. It would be great if more farriers and veterinarians would sign up.

I used Bed and Bale to find overnight layovers from our move from eastern Ontario to Central Oklahoma. The three stables where my mare stayed offered very reasonably priced accommodations. The barn owners were friendly and helpful. Without this app, I'd have had to pay between $2000 and $3500CAD for professional transport for my mare. Instead, she safely and happily made the move with me. The app itself is pretty bare bones, but the service it provides is invaluable!

Good idea, but resources seriously lacking. Checked locales where we layover they either have no.listing or basically someone offering a parking lot. (Reno, Carson City). They need bona-fide facilities here with stalls suitable for show horse layovers. This could be a great app.

Very disappointed. Charges you for a year when I only needed it for 4 days. Canceled the day my trial was up and still got charged. I couldn't even use it! There were no places on there for my horses to stay. I had to use horse motel anyways. So now they just took my money for a service I can't even use. Cool.

awful...I cannot seem to cancel my subscription. I have a property coming soon to potentially list, but not ready yet. please cancel and return my months of charges that I cannot seem to cancel. Why should I list with this experience

$40 annual fee just to see listings. I could see a fee for providers but to find a bed and bale as a customer I think is way too excessive. I would consider 20 annually after a 1 week free trial.
