By far one of the best purchases I have ever made. There are no ads, confidentiality is guranteed, and the AI features are neat. I haven't used it for too long, but it has helped tremendously with cognitive awareness, and relief from stressful events. My only real complaint is that the app feels a bit lackluster, as if it's not finished. I hope to see more things added, and I recommend buying the subscription if not simply to the team!

I really like this app, but writing about deep and painful emotions made me relive these emotions, and though th AI response was adequate, I was left wanting a much warmer, empathic and embracing response. The AI gives a very neutral response. I guess it's hard to get the same experience as you would with a therapist, but I found it tricky because I wanted someone to challenge my negative thought patterns. It's great and I think/hope it could be improved. Maybe I'm wrong, but it's how I felt.

it has been helpful for me in adjusting my effortless self loathing thoughts to self acceptance and this has had positive effects on my relationships with myself and others. a suggestion i have is to make the cognitive distortion list accessible outside the automatic thoughts diary, like on a page of its own, so it can be accessed while doing a 3 column exercise outside the app. apologies if it already exists, i haven't been able to find it outside the diary.

It helps a lot, after a couple weeks of using this app, I feel like I'm managing to make great progress. I use the free version, though I would spend money on if I weren't as poor as I am, even the free version is sufficient. I definitely recommend, keep an open mind.

The app itself is nice, something, which can replace CBT on paper. However, AI doesn't seem to recognize positive entries in the diary and tries to assign me a mandatory irrational belief. Can you please fix this?

Paid for lifetime use and app will not unlock. I have my recipe and emailed code. This is a known issue that they will not fix as it prompts you repeatedly to pay again making you think your original payment didn't go through. There's no company/ developer information. I'm screwed. Somebody anybody please help.

This is a wonderful app. Thinking tools for life. Beautifully designed. It is made with such care and empathy. For example, the articles are fed in small chunks, tapping to add more. They provide real examples. The app also keeps design consistency throughout. So when you see and learn about, say, Automatic Thoughts, with examples, it's the same design cues when you go to do it for yourself.
