Poor quality setup instructions . Opened the box and it said scan this QR to the app and it will walk you through set up. I did that and got to the point where it told me to scan the QR code on the modem. I tried that multiple times and each time it said I need a. Internet connection. I'm on cellular service. But I guess that doesn't count. Don't include setup instructions for an internet modem that requires a non cellular internet connection to use.

I was told the problem was within my home and that I could purchase coverage for 23.00 a month, so I was not charged the 99.00 tech fee. I had to take PTO for half a day and play on the phone with these people. 5 or 6 hours later, I get a message that there's an outage in my area. I canceled my service. I called to metronet customer service, and it was great. they could get me installed this weekend! best part, i spoke to someone in America. js!

When I call an agent to dispute a bill, first of all, I should not have to compete for his attention. He was talking to someone in the background until I said hello, then he introduced himself as Eddie in very broken English. He asked for my acct.#, muted the call, then came back asking for my acct.# again. Lots of clinking dishes and conversations in the background. I asked why my bill was so high, no explanation why, just kept insisting that's what I owed. Very frustrating and unprofessional!

Buffers forever sometimes, logs off for no reason, can not access s anymore. Is not friendly. Best feature is being able to pay bill easily and chat with help.

Honestly had no choice but to get CenturyLink since it was the cheapest service in my rural town. The price going up to $60 for only 30mbps is BS. The app won't let you pause a device so you have to change your to manage devices! Honestly this company gets worse and worse! If you can avoid it, don't use this damn company

This internet service is very slow for the price. I am tempted to change providers. Also, I have tried several times to use autopsy, but it always gets messed up & doesn't work. I just pay manually.

This App no longer provides your bill/invoice. It is always "experiencing" issues. You go back and it's the same response. Billing history isn't available either. /Chat isn't helpful either.

Largely Unreliable. Consistently have delays paying bill due to app issues. And honestly, for what they overcharge for services. there's no excuse for an inferior app.
