Avoid this service! They lure you in with an inexpensive trial, then automatically start billing you at $19 per month at the end of the trial. They don't send any notification that your trial is ending, and don't notify you before charging your credit card. Worst of all, there is no way to cancel your subscription through the app. You have to call a number and speak to a representative. When you ask to cancel the subscription, they refuse and try to trick you into agreeing to keep the service

There should be an option to give a NEGATIVE star rating. Open the app - it immediately says, you have to pay $8 a month after 3 free articles per month. An article is simply clicking on a headline, Even by accident. There's nothing I can't get free on MANY other sites. When I looked at the list of newspapers, the closest one was 75 miles from me!All the papers are from a small area of the state and all were minor town papers that are distributed for free. This is DISAPPOINTING RIP OFF

CT Insider is the primary reason why we have an uneducated public. To make people PAY for local news story, to pay for EVERY SINGLE ARTICLE on national news, is insane. The paywall industry is dumbing down society, by making you pay for important news, then having the audacity to make money off the ads they push you. Deleting the app out of frustration.

I have trouble sometimes seeing the articles because it pops up an ad there's a lot of pop-up ads I don't want to see all of that when I'm paying for a subscription

After the update, the app doesn't recognize my subscription anymore. I have to read articles on the CT Insider website instead. Super lame.

Lots of crashes. Doesn't work well on my android. Wants me to sign in too frequently. Disappointing.
