Basically useless, every time I want food I always end up having to just go to the restaurant to order pickup in person. On random food items, the app will throw up error messages stating I didn't pick a required option that DOES NOT EXIST (e.g., ordering steak, it tells me to "pick an option for garlic bread", there is no option for ANY bread). Literally cannot order any of the food I actually like because it's only those that show these random errors. Other menu items are arbitrarily removed.

My favorite dish, the crazy spicy chicken skillet is not even listed in the app. I always have to call the restaurant to make sure it is still available. Somehow, after placing an order for the skillet, the order was finally attached to my . However, when I click order again, the app is not acknowledging that I've clicked order again. It states nothing is added.

Twice now I have removed the tip before placing an order and both times I got charged 20%. I KNOW i removed the tip both times, it could have been error but that means that they don't make it easy to remove the tip. Also, a wrong item was given when we picked up the food. The receipt sent to my email shows the correct item was ordered, but, the receipt attached to the bag showed the item was changed. Out of 5 items, 4 were correct and 1 was changed to a different random item.

First time using the Denny's app, and I do love that it shows all the locations that I frequent upon sign up. My only worry is that sometimes the app won't know what to do when I try to go back and edit an order, or when I try to add on additional items after creating an order. When this happens, it will kick me all the way back to the delivery or Pickup option screen, which can make ordering frustrating. Hopefully this issue can be fixed to streamline ordering.

If I could give it -5☆ I would! Last 2 month's been trying to use the app..what a freaking joke! CLUE IN! *For over a year now, the application won't let you set a pickup time, when you try and select a time and location at the bottom of the bubble you can barely see the edge of a gray box which I am betting had the current suggested times for your order, you can't see them, scroll down to them or even click on the box edge get it. I cancelled order. Browser log..coupon being used! #FIXURSHIT FB

This app sucks...back button doesn't function, trying to go to different parts of the menu, won't go anywhere, it just doesn't work, I have to shut the app down and restart it if I want to look at another menu item...are all of Denny's systems down right now??? I've tried the website on my PC and my phone as well and those also don't work, you go to the site to select a locations, won't pull anything, try to look at the menu and that page is blank.

I'm able to make & edit an , it's accurate in mapping my location, and I was able to select a specific Denny's location. So far I can't get the app to do anything else. It won't show a menu or begin an order. The only images I can get are the main one with the logo, a drop menu to select what I want to do, my information, and some slightly different views of a map marking all locations in my area. Can't use this thing until it works. 😜

Right off the bat. I ed and I couldn't even enable my location, then I tried to put in manually and it wouldn't even look up or search the location I couldn't even make it past that part. Then I just wanted to look at the menu and I had to put a location in again! The app wouldn't even let me put one in!!! Ugh such a waste of time and absolutely ridiculous! Don't waste your time with this dumb app and just Google the menu. Zero stars over here. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
