I have been stuck on 125 for a while. Picked up and started playing yesterday after months. First my lives weren't regenerating. Played today since they were. Put down my tablet to do something came back and I'm back at level 1. Very unhappy about loosing all my progress. If this isn't fixed I will be deleting this app. This was something I enjoy competing with my husband on. But seems to have problems then it's worth. Glad this was free and not a waste of money. Just a waste of my time.

Graphically, this game is absolutely gorgeous, and I'd expect nothing less from Disney. It plays like a typical match 3 during stages- which is fine- but decorating is a HASSLE, especially for someone with a perfectionist streak like myself. You're likely better off if you have a stylus; otherwise the free placement (which I find the idea of lovely) ends up with you frustrated, trying to get things just so. Intrusive ads. Looks like it's an abandoned project with no updates since 10/2018.

Game crashes after every level. I tried uninstalling/reinstall but that just started me over on Level 1. It takes a long time for the game to start up, so I don't have the patience to deal with a buggy game that crashes so consistently. That said... it looks pretty, and the matching action in the game is pretty good. Of course, I never got beyond level 3 since it returned me to level 1 twice.

Omg. I absolutely LOVED this game until it totally up and reset itself when I was ALMOST to level 70. I thought perhaps it was a one-time glitch, so I started over earlier today after it reset. I had reached level 36. When I came back to continue where I was, I see the app has reset AGAIN.

Fun at first and after a few months it reset my level back to one and after trying to get back to the level I initially reached, I constantly start on level one as it keeps on resetting my progress level to 1 after closing and reopening the APP. Even after a silly screen lock and immediately going back to the game I found myself back to level 1. Great game but can't deal with the issue anymore... not even reinstalling helps .... What a F rustration......!!!!!

Love the game, love beauty and the beast so this game is perfect for me. I've noticed people are saying the game has restarted them back too level one after being on level 100 or something like that.. Tip:- if you clear your cached data on your device it does clear this games history and restarts you too level 1. So try not too do that with this game.

As of 12/19/2018, still no new levels. this is ridiculous. I might as well delete the game. I've been playing this game for about a year and a half now, on level 274. Still have not gotten any new levels. Please add new levels, new areas of the castle to decorate. Something new. Please!

I listen to my audiobooks while I play these games and this one shuts it off whenever I open the game. There is no reason why it should do this. Correct this problem and I will change my rating otherwise I'll just delete this game. Also, when placing objects to decorate there's no choices? Place a table but no choice to choose from different tables? Place a portrait but no options to choose from different portraits to place? It is, however, nice to be able to place items where you want to.
