The app no longer works since the latest update. Can't find my reservation. Clearing the data works for a while but then breaks again. I hope Disney takes this seriously and fixes the app quickly. Updated: The app is now working again. But it should never have broken like this at all. Better testing needs to be put into place

This version was very helpful while on board Disney WISH. Lots of info right at your disposal every step. That said it could use some inclusions. Pricing could be added to give us a fuller more complete feeling. Popcorn, drinks at movie, haircuts, bingo, cappuccino...these are extras and would be great if costs were at our finger tips. Also, depending upon where you were in the ship, you'd lose the wifi, which made it impossible to keep in touch with others on board many times.

It was a great app to allow us to communicate with our kids while on the cruise ship. All communications and itineraries were available and searchable in the app while on board. Plenty of wifi signal while on the boat. Usually 4 or 5 bars for signal. An added feature would be an ability to share photos, and to use the app after cruising to communicate with other engers we met on board.

Could be a little more easy to navigate, but not much. Chat feature was awesome, but should be more prominent. Didn't know we had it until day 3, it was nice to coordinate with friends made on the cruise. Push notifications where a little annoying, but they were always informative. Doubt I'd change them.

It was our first Disney Cruise and it was fantastic. Could not fault anything. The crew and staff were very friendly and helpful. The shows, and all activities were great lots of variety, food was good meeting the characters wow the time they spent with each person they met was beyond expectations. They didn't rush, and ed if you had seen them before.... for first time the duration was just the right amount and a taste to do another one in the future

None of the at home planning features work. All the "services" listed in the app description do not exist. I have two screens. The first shows at Port and the second shows at home. If you click at home you can see the reservation but if you try to click it you just end up back at the beginning where it repeatedly asks you to . I did THAT loop way too many times. I'm hoping it's better in board but from the sound of it there is little hope and I might as well delete it now.

Great info, easy to find and save events. The only complaint is that when scrolling through a day, it would refresh randomly and take you to the top of list again. Update: Horrible experience this time. Messages wouldn't go through in a timely manner, kids couldn't load on their phones, no active notifications unless app was already open, couldn'tadd s not in our stateroo.... and the list goes on. C'mon Disney - if it is the ONLY option to communicate - make it robust enough to work!

App interface was good. However, on my Andriod as well as other people aboard, the messages would not be sent due to the app saying "not connected to wifi" when I was connected to the network. Restarting the phone and app multiple times did not do anything to fix this. You really just had to wait it out.
