Installed. Is not connecting with my university credential, even if is listed, even if I can access to the desktop version... Can't understand why is not working. Concept is good.. but not efficient.

You cannot connect to your institution. The app tries to launch a browser (I assume to let you authenticate) and fails. I've tried repeatedly with no success. That effectively makes this app literally useless

Trying to connect with in institution doesn't work. Opens an in app browser, tries to load before just returning to the app. Nothing happens. Sometimes it'll load a 404 page but that's it.

This app sucks: it doesn't let you PDFs to your phone so that you can actually use a proper PDF reader to read it aloud to you. They force you to use their own which, I swear, had JUST a black screen with a play/pause button + mute. That's it. No voices options or reading speeds. Accidentally click out of the app? Starts from the beginning! No resume where u left off. 8pgs into a snoozfest academic study? OMG. Basic controls people. Also u can't select the text to paste elsewhere. 🤬

Missing many features: saved searches with alerts/notifications, advanced search criteria, ability to filter and sort search results, ability to choose compact list views and layouts for search results and favourites list (current layouts are very large and bulky), ability to link to Google Drive to save article PDFs there. Lots of potential! Ultimately, we need the same features in app that we get in desktop web version.

EBSCO is a huge company that partners with so many educational institutions. In this day and age its disappointing to see a company not have accessability options like read aloud, or simple functions found on other readers like the option to highlight or write notes. if they added these to the app it would be a much better alternative than getting a used hard copy book

The app was surprisingly good--the visuals are sleeker and better than the pc/browser version. Suggestions: put a loading screen in while retrieving search results. I can't tell if my search has no results or if it's just loading. Also, it would be nice if there was a filter for genres and other categories, like in the pc version. It's also really wonderful that you have a listening option, but it would be better if it were narrated by a real person and not just a computer.

Completely useless! I have a textbook assigned to me by my school, through EBSCO, and I cannot find it in the app! The search tools are a joke.
