The digital offer they sent me various times to subscribe is misleading. The app and content available is one of the worst I have experienced . I could have gotten a better offer for a much enjoyable experience with the New York Times or Washington Post. I am seriously considering canceling my ENDI subscription, even if I lose the money I paid for it. Their app is difficult to navigate and frequently stops working .

Stay away from this paper, and their epaper... they won't refund you, even if you cancel the same day you receive their notification about auto-renewal. The newspaper is full of ment, barely any news. But the worst part is trying to cancel the suscription. Their online platform doesn't work, doesn't show your suscription information, and doesn't let you cancel or stopping the auto-renewal. Even worse, they have some out of the country service and simply follow a script. Stay away!

Probably the worst news apps I have used. I get that Puerto Rican journalism is not at its best right now and that El Nuevo Día has get clicks etc to get ads, but do I have to spend every day navigating around farándula trash? I would like to opt out of getting this kind of content, but one has no control over the kind of content you want to see and the ads are intrusive. I am seriously considering removing this app and canceling my description.

I am paying it monthly yet for the last 3 weeks it is impossible to access the articles. I have tried resetting..uninstalling and installing and nothing works!! still having problems i have had to uninstall and install every other week....it is awefull

It was a great app until they started to block content claiming that is offered to subscribed s only (at a rate of $2.99 per month). No way I'll pay to read news that are free on every other online websites.

Not Free! you have to pay to see 99% of the news. try any other newspaper app in PR and save yourself the troubles. Edit after response: Greedy AF! You have ads. Pay yourselves with that. You're not even that good. It's basically an opinion paper with no real reporting but opinion about events instead.

It keeps me in touch with what's going on in P.R., only problem so far is the constant request to when it has been done so many times and the lack of control on what s reply on the comments...very rude sometimes. Other than that Kudos! Great job! 👍

Lately I have been experiencing problems in opening the app. It asks me to update it and keeps processing the update endlessly and cannot access the news.
