Be aware of predatory billing. I stopped using this app within a few months and I thought I'd turned off auto-renew. However without warning somehow I got billed for an auto renewal of an annual plan. Even after emailing for a refund on the day of the transaction, they refused to refund the annual plan. On the app, the auto-renew and cancelation options are difficult. Be advised!!

It's not bad. I generally prefer the targeted workouts, and don't rely exclusively on this app. Today the coach wanted me to do 6sets of 20x forward lunges with weight. I think 3sets is plenty. I switched to another exercise after 3. Kinda weird. Other times it's had me do kettlebell swings ( with rests) for 13 to 15 minutes. Pretty boring.

If you seriously are looking to get back in shape, and are willing to put in the work this app is one of the best options..The only fall down of this app, is the price. which in my opinion ain't terrible. $54 for a full year subscription. After each sequence of exercise it asks for ...this helps the app determine if the exercise was to hard or easy...like I said before..in my eyes this app is worth it..but only if you are serious about whooping your ass back in shape.

This app is well made with a glaring issue. The subscription is WAY too expensive. It's basically the same cost of my local gym. I understand the developers want to get paid for their hard work and I fully payment, even a monthly payment if there are constant updates with new workouts, but the $10 per month is crazy. My gym offers so much more for $10, this app should cost no more than $3 per month, period. Too bad too, I would pay for a better pricing schedule, but will not fork out what they are asking.

First impressions. Pros: - Will give you training routines. - Seems to adapt to your limits. - Demonstration videos are well made. Cons: - I said I only have a wall as equipment, first exercise required a metal bar weight X pounds. Huh? - I have a lower back injury so I cannot do certain exercises, app doesn't seem to allow this sort of input/ to the "Coach". - Way too many ads pushing different things. Needs a simpler business model. Summary: Good app, but room for improvement.

I like this app overall, it serves it's purpose. However, one of it's biggest drawbacks is that I can't move workouts around for the week, once you set your days you can't change them without starting your "journey" over. For days you don't have workouts scheduled you have to choose from the list of challenges, or build your own workout. I really wish I could choose weight workouts without having to create my own workout.

Not a great app. Overly elaborate with very little focus on hypertrophy. If you are looking to get the body of a little boy with giant legs then this is the app for you. Also the format is excruciating as the workouts take far too long with no attempt to shorten the workouts with supersets. If you accidentally stop a workout, you cannot pick up where you left off and are forced to go through long useless warm ups. Maybe good for cyclists. But if you want to build muscle, look elsewhere.

There isn't actually any true "coaching", how to do manuevers, it's a glorified timer with YouTube videos of poorly sequenced exercises. The running "trainings" are permanently stuck in meter distance which is just so great for those of us in the US that measure in miles. I could just as easily YouTube exercises and set an interval timer, and pay nothing, total waste of money.
