Buggy when ordering. Sometimes wont process after pressing the Pay button with card option. Sometimes would be a blank payment screen. It also would randomly not let me in the app, just stuck on the Jetour T2 ad screen. It often doesn't properly apply promo codes. It would sometimes say the vendor is closed only after failing to put a promo code in. All these bugs arent worth it. It worked once before, but not anymore. Deleted.

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I ordered food with a promotion d for only 1 riyal, but I was charged the full amount instead. To make matters worse, there’s no option to cancel the order or get a refund. I’ve tried calling customer over 100 times, and no one answers. It’s unacceptable to have such poor customer service, especially when there’s an issue with billing. I expected better from this app, and I’m seriously reconsidering using it again. Don't use

Zero quality control. Ordered from a local grocery market, that went wrong: missing items, wrong items, delays, driver does not read instructions, etc. Reasons: couriers are not allowed in the market ???! They are the agents shopping on MY behalf, they are the ones supposed to check that my order is correct... Completely unacceptable. Plus, the app is not good in comparison with the competition (talabat, etc.) No matter what they give away in raffles, save yourself the hassle.

I would have given ZERO rating. This is the worst app ever! First you can't open an because you never receive an SMS to activate your so I had to try 3 different phone numbers. And once I was able to open an I try to pay and it won't accept my payment it keeps buffering! Even if you tried to them they have no clue! This is by far the worst app and company.

The custom service doesn't pick up. The app is laggy. Coupons didn't work for me. It kept saying it's maxed out even tho it was my first time ordering. I've seen some sources say that they don't pay their delivery workers. When I looked them up I found multiple people stating how they never got their food. Their deliveries got cancelled. Honestly I'm inclined to believe them.I don't recommend using this app

Worst delivery app ever, I ordered online they deducted money from my . Now I am waiting on phone for more then a hour. First guy attends my call and hangs up the call right on my face without saying a thing or listening to me. Then after waiting for half an hour on the phone , finally a lady answers the call. And she says there was a technical error. Come on after keeping me hanged for more then 2 hours this is Thier response. And the lady hang up the phone right on my face. Worst app
