Honda Prologue 2024. App rarely works and it is frustrating. 9 times out of 10 it will not "refresh the status" so I can't tell what my charge level is, can't change settings, etc. The remote control features such as turn on climate only works sometimes. Sometimes it will work but the app tells me it failed. Sometimes it will work and the app says nothing. Sometimes it doesn't work. Makes no sense. I have great Internet (both wifi and cellular) on my phone and on the car itself.

I lease a 2024 Honda Prologue and thought the technology would be the best part. Unfortunately... The app is slow to load, fails quite often, and takes multiple tries to get something to come back if it even does. I have to hope it tells me something back and by the time it does my screen goes black and I have to start it all over again. My car is in a good cell service area and even connected to my homes wifi. I'll update my review and stars if they can help fix it.

This app was okay in the beginning, at least displaying fuel mileage and next service. However, I've had consistent issues of it not connecting to the car, although it's paired in Bluetooth settings. Over the last two months, it keeps stating I need to pair Bluetooth, although it is. Furthermore, it would be great to see other features even to purchase, but for a 2022 Honda Accord Sport with Turbo, the app is very limited.

The app does some baseline things you might expect, but there's a lot of room to improve. It's had this myQ banner to sign up front and center in the UI the entire time I've had it, and the 'dismiss' link makes it close for a split second then come back. There was also some scary 'associate your car with a hondalink or someone else will be able to do it without you knowing' wording when I just got the car that doesn't make me feel great about their security mindset..

I've been using the app since I bought my CRV in late 2021. It was working fine up until about a month or 2 ago. Now whenever I get out of the car, I get an Android notification that the app keeps crashing. I believe this started happening after an Android update in late October or early November. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that hasn't worked. I am unable to connect the car to the app, which makes it completely useless.

While the app interface could be more modern and appealing, I purchased it anyway, because during the trial period, it was actually reliable. Upon paying the $120 for a year... I have tried to use it 6 times and HALF the time it would not connect and now won't even load. Garbage with whatever "updates" are happening. I'm sick of calling customer service to make this thing work when I'm paying that much money.

I owned a 2016 Civic EX-T and got it to work one time and it never worked again. I now have a 2022 CR-V Sport and am trying to get it to work and it won't. The app got the vehicle from my VIN, but then says it needs a Bluetooth connection, all the while I'm listening to music via the BLUETOOTH CONNECTION I already have on it. Then the cars display says to refer to the app for more guidance but there's no guidance on the app??? This app needs to be fixed, this is ridiculous.

Crashes constantly and barely even sync properly. It's constantly reporting incorrect things like the door being open or the lights being on. Then when you look at the car, the app is incorrect. Frustrating for sure. But, we live in a child area so it's still worth it. Just stinks that it's such a poor application for such a large company.
