This is a great app weather you play a little or you play a lot. I love that you can check your scratch offs, winning numbers, next draw dates, and top prizes remaining all in one convenient app. The only downside for me is sometimes it glitches or something and it has zero data for scratch offs available. But only SOMETIMES.

Six months ago I ed this app and found it easy to navigate and use. I got it specifically for the "Check my ticket" function. Three week after ing, that function stopped working so I sent an email to the developer with no reply. Like others, I've posted a comment about how the APP has issues, and like everyone else, no response from the developers. Not sure how to get a response and get the app fixed.

Absolutely Horrible App. It crashes more than it works. Half of the links and control buttons wont work, or closes the app. Im never able to save numbers, or delete the old ones. Sometimes Winning Numbers are not updated. The Playslip reader codes will not enlarge to use the reader. When you tap them to enlarge them, the app will shut down. Louisiana Lottery needs to spend a little more time and money to create an app and a website that works and it more up to date.

When I updated the app, it crashed when I opened it. It worked fine before without any issues. I got a message the app has a bug and I should wait for another update. The app has since been updated and is working again with some bugs. The app is slower in getting the winning number information than before the update and sometimes the numbers just aren't there. Works, but buggier than before. Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S21 running Android 13.

Ok, I want to love this app BUT, retailers don't know how to use the saved play slip feature AND they have to take your phone. It's a really convenient feature in theory but, actually trying to execute this..... You'll just hold up the line. I actually took my phone back and filled out a paper play slip today because of the dysfunction.

The app needs some polishing to help with the overall experience but overall it's pretty good. If you're a regular Louisiana Lottery player and like to keep up with numbers, jackpots, and check your tickets, this all is great. It puts a lot of lotto information at the tap of a finger rather than having to go to the website.

App does not work 80% of the time. Takes forever to load. The "check your tickets" scanning function rarely works. Have tried from multiple phones, same exact symptoms. Awful. But not surprised, a government monopoly has no incentive to deliver a functioning product.

It works and I like the features, but a pop up comes on frequently telling me the lottery app is closing or needs to open while I'm doing something else. I open it look at a few minutes then close it and start doing something else and here comes the pop up, so I don't know what it's doing that for!
