1+ years experience: The prizes look good, the app itself is fairly straightforward, nothing has frustrated me so far. I also like that if you're doing bad, rather than let you blow all your money in one big push, the operators will either assist or just give you the win. Don't know how other machine apps work but I appreciate it. Fair note though, there is a half second or more input lag, this is overseas after all. Overall however I've never been disappointed using this.

I used to really like this app until the most recent shipping rate change. It's Quite expensive to ship now, assists come much later one if given. There needs to be a better scale for calcuting shipping which takes in to what is spent on the per X period. Claws are still fairly strong, you just have to know how to play the set up you're on, glitchy plays are so/so with being return and staff Is mostly still friendly. Items are always packed well &received w/in the time promised

I love this app! I've compared JCM to Toreba and Tokyo Catch and this is by far the best in of bang for your buck and win ability. You can receive up to several free tickets a day and after several plays if you stuggle too much they will help you out unprompted. In one week I was able to win four prizes, and it took only a week for the shipping to begin. This, in comparison to Tokyo Catch, which still hasn't processed my order. A huge catelog makes it worth it.

I haven't even played, just tried the practise. Which I appreciate, it's very fair and also just fun for people. And from what people have said it's an honest game. But god, is it laggy as hell. 2fps if that, and it keeps automatically changing the camera angle. Literally impossible to play, and my internet connection is good and stable.

I've increased my stars, I won several items and was concerned delivery would take long to the UK, it took less than 1 week items are exceptional quality. My frustration is spending a further £60 & it didn't allow me free shipping but got told to wait for 5 days or something very complicated. Also often the language is not in English with emails and descriptions so hard to navigate at times.

I won the 0KP, a Lelouch figurine. I thought it will be a free shipment since we won a free item. I think it's better I just buy this figurine from a seller with cheaper shipping. A shipment with the same price of the original figurine? Seriously? Lol, I think I better buy it from a seller but it feels great to win something. Maybe, if the player won two prices in their cart, can you allow them to have a free shipment. Please, reply.

They have made the game much more difficult to play with smaller drop zone, much weaker claws and super thick rubber on the poles. Most of the prizes are on the same damn stations, even the less desirable prizes. There is not much people playing because of the bad setups which 90% of the players would need to hit 17-20 tries to win. A seemingly simple maneuver would take multiple tries due to the weak claws, thick sticky rubber and box.
