App does not work well. Blank pages pop up on both my devices. On my tablet the font size is too small to read. Edit: I know how to adjust the font size. I do not think I should have to resize the font for every article. In app customer is not responding to my concern. May 2024: App redesigned. Still doesn't work. Crashes regularly. June 2024: I thought McClatchy had hit bottom, but it keeps getting worse. I need to log back in to my every time I use the app.

Constant problems. Article selected, too often not the article displayed. Lately, having to routinely sign in. 9/13/24...I'm having difficulty finding any article that matches the headline..is that fix so difficult?

The new e-edition is horrible. Very slow and comes out fuzzy. Eventualy, it clears. Cant and print specific features. Sometimes you have to print the whole page. Theres no scrolling at the bottom of the page to find things fast. On the whole its a poor substitute for what we had before. I called the paper to express my opinion but nobody cares.

Not there. Links don't work, ads are intrusive, navigation is wonky, needs 60% more polish. Holds promise. But I'm pessimistic based on past performance. This is probably final product. I'm forecasting, years away from any revolutionary improvements. I thought "Olive" app was better overall experience, but no where near what you'd hope for.

This is nothing but a subscription scam! They aren't even located in Lexington. Never received one paper and when you try to dispute it, they will delete your information. No numbers for billing until they try to collect. Dispute them via PayPal to get your money back and they'll send you a fake collection notice, even when they haven't delivered anything! This kind of business should be illegal but they're popping up more and more. Beware!

Although I can and read in browser/on website fine, app tells me I don't have a sufficient subscription to be logged in. They take my money every month just fine though. Not worth keeping digital subscription that won't let me read in the app.

Article sharing is broken in new "Edition" format. Swiping back from an article in the "Edition" format takes me to the home page rather than the section I was browsing when I opened the article. Author email bylines are also broken.

I'm using an android app and the new HL release continually crashes. Even my phone tells me to uninstall it. Not sure if it's the content or adds. For the money it's not worth it.
