Terrible. Doesn't feel native at all. Bought a Nighthawk AX12 which is very expensive and supposedly high-end but this app is terrible. I couldn't configure it with it on Android nor iOS, had to use the website or it was just throwing errors and asking me to set up the router again and again. I'm no beginner, this is my job, but the experience of setting this up though the app was very bad. Even after that it's very slow to use with lots of loadings and that paid Armor service that I don't want.

It's a good app, but it is very annoying. It has a pop-up every other second asking if there is an issue to report it. Setting up a router has a long loading time, and on top of that, it just quits out of the process randomly and it ends up taking a million times longer than it should. Router setup isn't always like this but it happening at all is annoying. I will say though besides that it is a very good app for managing your internet and router settings. I'd say once your set up, it is great.

The router keeps turning on and off, losing my connections and links. I am unable to trace the problem thru Nighthawks control system, and i don't want to become an IT Tech to figure it out. It needs to be more intuitive for the normal consumer. I've invested countless hours trying to figure out the reason for the disconnections over a few years, and the problem always returns. The signal is strong within the house and extended yard, and the incoming provider s signal is 100% by Speedtest.

What happened? Upgraded to a RAX43 from a 7800 that worked flawlessly for many years. After over a year, the RAX43 forgets it has a 5G band, which takes several restarts to get it to it has a 5G band. The app is the slowest I've even seen. When controlling devices, the app will lock up and fail to do what it was supposed to do. No updates are available, and it seems to be getting worse. Disappointed with network.

Maybe it's just my experience, and comparison to a different brand router that I've used for years and will likely return to, but I don't really see the point of this app beyond rebooting and adjusting WiFi settings. Network scan shows devices and their MACs, but no IPs? No real-time monitoring data? Virtually no settings can be adjusted. And the security scan showed 2 devices with vulnerabilities but doesn't provide any details. Maybe I'm just spoiled, or maybe mine's just not working right.

Terrible application. It often doesn't show connected devices, and will show hardware as on when it's not (which is often as the nighthawk mesh system is awful). The app is realistically useless as the only info it shows is usually incorrect. It doesn't let you edit most settings. The most you can do is test the speed, which again doesn't help when it's usually disconnected anyway.

It hardly shows more than an hour of history on each device. I can't make sure my kids aren't able to access websites I don't want them on. I was using a free app before this that was much better. I can't believe I spent money on this. UPDATE: It eventually completely stopped working. I can't pause the router anymore, at all, and it doesn't track any history. Useless app.

What info are you collecting from my phone. Because the app that I only use to reboot and check for updates every couple of months, sure likes to send data somewhere and uses a lot of power for something that should not be running. Kind of makes my want to replace my hardware with something else. I think you will not be getting anymore of my money.
