doesn't work on my phone anymore. Only on my laptop. I've deleted and reinstalled. So depressing not a single rss app out there works nicely. /// Old edit: I'm trying to like this app but when it keeps telling me there's no stories and I have at minimum, 20 news feeds loaded, it's hard. It's an inconsistent reading experience. It either works or doesn't. I don't understand the story loading glitches. Would also like to pay month to month as an option instead of three months or 12.

It works, but the swipe actions feel real bad,and can't be toggles. The unread mode still shows read articles, also you can't view articles by folder without paying?

NewsBlur is a great app. The fact that I can self-host if I need to makes paying for the subscription worth it. NewsBlur is the best feed reader out there.

This was my go-to RSS reader for years; loved cloud sync, and the interface was intuitive and functional. However, recently every feed I subscribe to stopped rendering correctly; black-on-black text, or paragraphs layered on top of each other, forced me to use the "View Original" button to do anything. Some of my other feeds just showed the headline and nothing else. I can't recommend this until this issue is fixed; for now I've switched to PodcastRepublic to consume RSS blog feeds.

Have used this for years, so there is something that keeps me hooked. However, the renewal settings are awful and not transparent.Renews you just when you view setting...what?Folder setup is not intuitive to change AFTER INITIAL ADD. Needs better method for product.

Usually my go-to reader. Now all the feeds, both the full and shortened versions, are gone. Completely useless. And, the email is broken. I can't email about my issue. No option to select gmail. Can copy text but don't know what email to send to. And, I can't to the forum (even though I'm logged into the reader). reset emails never show up. Tried 2x, not in the spam folder or anywhere.

I've been a of NewsBlur ever since Google killed Google Reader, and have been mostly happy...until now. Several weeks ago, rendering in the app was broken, and now it's only usable in dark mode. The developer does not seem to have a fix in sight, so for now I cannot recommend it to new s. As a paid subscriber, I expect more, and am extremely disappointed. Am actively seeking alternatives at this point.
