Had a good experience using OpenDoor two months ago but ever since February, the app no longer works. Every time I try to schedule a self tour, it lets me get to the very end before said that it is unable to schedule anything. I have ed via email and phone and both times the team was unable to help at all. The phone team told me that I should just stop using the app because there was nothing they could do.

This app used to be useful but now you need a Agent for over half of the houses before you can tour the house. What is the point of this app now? This was great because my agent would be busy but I would have free time to look at one or two houses. Also, you can't set the app to solo tours. This is a waste of time now.

the bedrooms were large and had storage space. The hardwood floors are beautiful and the French lights looked lovely and fit with the design of the house. The backyard was small and not sure how far back the property line went. But the yard had charm and was fenced for my dog. The draw back are ,almost no guest parking,no first floor master, small yard,laundry on the main and not sure if heating system is dual. Even with the draw backs it's a lovely house I felt the previous owners are friends

helping a family member to purchase a home and open door will not let me use their 'open house' service. I'm a pretty high net worth person. I personally own two homes and four rentals, I have an 820+ credit score.... I could write a check for any of the houses I requested to check out.... yet opendoor excludes me for some reason. If I sell any of my places there's not a snowball chance in heck that I would use opendoor!

Can't even get past the initial screens to look at houses. Several screens have a "that's right" button, but no other buttons in the case that it's not right. I'm not interested in selling my home, so I'm stuck and can't get in. It's like they don't want me to buy a house. Edit: after three attempts of circling through I was able to get in the app. But the Lot Size filter doesn't work at all, and that's our most important search criteria.

I was recommended by a friend to try this app in order to self-tour some houses and get to know the area before buying. So ed the app, checked my local areas, saved a bunch I could self-tour with my husband, and headed out for a drive. But guess what, the app completely failed. As I attempted to check for my favorites, it told me I wasn't logged in... So I tried to and it errored. Even when I did , the app could not load anything. What a complete failure app.

The app is so broken, a lot of issues, a lot of places need optimization. For example, many times after i select one day for my tour, it suddenly jump to a different date. And the feed, it takes forever to load, and if i view something else then go back to the feed again, then i need to reload the feed, which is pretty annoying. Plz hire some solid engineers and QAs to do the work!
