The flow is not as easy on the app as it is online. Redeeming points is much harder in the app. When redeeming points, one has to use the online option as there is no "use app" option. I found this very frustrating. The app and online constantly ask me for my mobile number even though I have verified it multiple times. My number is not retained online or in the app. This is very frustrating.

My family stopped going to Panda Express for a while now. The food was always cold, old, and stale. Up until 4 months ago, I bought us all one of the family meals. The food was fresh, cooked well and the delivery is always taken well care of as well as the panda packaging. Normally I don't rate, but after all the good service lately I couldn't help but oblige. Just ordered another family meal now, looking forward to it coming!

Tales coupon codes but doesn't apply them. Schedules you pickup 30 minutes minimum, so if you arrive early you'll still be forced to wait. Your better off ordering when you arrive. It will be faster. Chunky unnecessary animations. And why be on the Google store and not take Google pay? Just another middlemen app that sells your data and offers nothing in return.

One Of the only food service apps that work quickly and responsively. Also is one of the few food service apps that can seamlessly find my location and let me place an order online without having to screw around with map settings constantly. This app should be the standard for food service apps, not the garbage we get from others.

They never have any deals. There's no offers ever available. No online exclusives. It's kind of stupid. And you get pennies on the dollar for points as rewards. With the blazing ones challenge gone, there's literally nothing to do or get. Very minimal benefit. I'd say get the 20% off for the first time use and wait for your birthday. That's the only times it's worth it.

Honestly one of the easiest and most convenient delivery apps I've used. A little upset that combos don't come with drinks, and the drink prices themselves are rather high, but oh well. No use complaining when I know it won't ever change. Getting points is easy, and sometimes you can do minigames to get more rewards, which is pretty cool. My overall rank is prolly about a 3.5 stars but I'll say 4 for sake of convenience.

There's no way to confirm your address before checking out. The notes you leave for the driver don't get to the driver. The app frequently erroneously corrects our address to the "east" side instead of the "west" side, sending drivers to the wrong location. Each time you order, it saves a brand new address. I have about 10 addresses saved to my profile - all the same address - and I have to delete them every so often. This app is terrible.

The app works pretty well for me. The "offers" are kind of obnoxious, because it gives you deals for things not in the app, but it shoves them all in your face at once. It's a minor complaint but still there. I suspect that all of my other issues with the app being slow are more due to cell service in my area being awful than anything wrong with the app, so 4 stars.
