Still experiencing issues with Galaxy Buds2 manager widget, it is laggy, it only shows charge percentage of buds and case after clicking on the widget, otherwise the widget would take 10-15 mins to automatically show chage percentage, previously it used to show just after bluetooth connection was obtained on Nothing Phone 2

Literally so terrible, it's just a basic app used for connecting to galaxy devices with Bluetooth but somehow they managed to mess even that up. You constantly need a wifi connection and if you're even slightly out of date you can't use the app at all. It forces you to either update or close the app, mind you I only use it because it's necessary for my earbuds. Samsung needs to quit with the abhorrent amount of handholding, how hard is it to make an app that actually works properly?

App is constantly stuck on "Install update" or close app - while in the Play Store it says it has been updated; re-installing the application didn't solve anything, very annoying to not be able to open the app, please fix this ASAP. EDIT: Eventually an update got pushed and it resolved all my problems, when you get it to work the earbuds are great

It has been great so far. However, I have observed a bug. When I tap the left ear to pause the music I'm listening to, sometimes the sensor doesn't pick the tap input. Then when I tap it again, it s the precious uned tap and takes it as a double tap, which I set to change my music. I believe there are issues with the sensors that need to be looked at.

Works great for me I just wish when I have one bud in my ear it would allow the ambient sound setting . The sound levels seem to be a bit messed up sometimes I have to raise the volume above 50% to get good volume. All the settings that I have on my Samsung phone should be replicated on any of the other devices I use don't know why they vary. Some of the touch controls don't feel fully fleshed out maybe it'll get better in a future update.

It wants me to update, but when I press it it goes to the playstore and it doesn't have the update button. I thought that uninstalling and installing it again might work, but it didn't. Until this is fixed, do not this app. Just connect using normal bluetooth. To arrange noise cancelling and touch control use the app in the desktop. The desktop app so far haven't got any problem

Okay, great. They finally rolled out an update, and now I can access my settings. I'm still giving this app 1 star. You made my app almost inaccessible for a month or two. Tread with caution, people. If you're going to buy Samsung Wearables, know that their companion apps are awful. Forced frequent updates, or no updates at all (resulting in your settings becoming inaccessible for an extended period of time).

Had to use another phone to leave this review because it wouldnt let me leave one from my actual phone. I have a Galaxy S21 Ultra that has been made incompatible two times already after "updates". Now i can't update my buds2 or use certain features due to being incompatible with my phone. I could see issues like this with maybe an A series, M series or maybe even an FE model, but an S series? Thanks for making my next phone purchase easier.
