App won't even start. Every time I try to start it, a circle just spins. ONCE it actually let me enter info, then asked again, and again, sending verification codes, then it recognized my name, but won't start again. So far, this is useless. And I see from other that the issue of it wiping data hasn't been fixed?? Come on! That's why I stopped using this in the first place. Just as well, since it won't work. And keeps telling me there is an update, but there isn't.

Once I got my credit cards, hips, and even tickets loaded in, this app is really easy to use. I use my watch to pay at most places now, which is faster, easier, and safer than hauling out a card. You do have to put in your PIN to use it, but that's easy and makes it more secure. Current tech is Samsung S23+ phone and Samsung Watch6 Classic.

For some reason it keeps giving me an error message when I try to add my cards to use. I don't know wh6 though the cards are already in my actual wallet app it's kinda annoying 😒. I have wiped all my information twice. And I have just deleted and reinstalled the app for it not to work either. I hope this gets fixed soon so I can enjoy using my watch to pay for things instead of having to find my phone in my bag

Samsung just updated the Galaxy watch and now long press on the back button only opens Sasung Wallet with no option to change it in settings. I use Google, I will never use Samsung software if I can avoid it; the Samsung Health app is the only exception. I can still use Google Wallet on my Galaxy Watch, but it's now a major inconvenience to get to it. Eat my shorts, Samsung.

FIX THE LOCK FEATURE ASAP!!! I set up Samsung Pay in my new Galaxy Watch 7. But when you create a lock pattern or pin it locks the whole Samsung Watch 7. So I can't read messages, see notifications, see the number of my steps of the watch raceetc until I unlock my Samsung Watch 7. I've had previous Galaxy watches and the security lock was only when you attempted and needed to access Samsung Pay, NOT on the whole watch itself! Please FIX ASAP. This makes the watch unenjoyable!!!

Worst app experience ever, i didn't expect this type of service from samsung, I have samsung S4 classic and I want to use nft feature but samsung app will show update to new version, where as I just ed the app and also now I reinstall the but showing same issues. .

Worst app.. did credit card bill payment and showing successful in the app but not credited to the card. Sent a mail to customer care and they replied to check with creditor bank. I paid bills using so many apps and never faced such issue

Can't to the app because it tells me to . Go to it doesn't accept my browser. correct browser, still same screen. It's actually made my devices useless in this aspect. At this point Apple is looking like the way to go.
