Seriously, what's the hold-up with this One UI 7 update? It's ridiculous that India gets left out in the cold like this, especially for flagship phones. Didn't even get a chance to try the beta, which is a major bummer. Other regions seem to be enjoying the new OS, why are we always last in line? Someone needs to get this sorted out.

India is not a priority for Samsung. Just the way One UI6 for Watch 5 Pro is delayed, the updates for S24 Ultra are late, the other models' updates are also last to come. Despite India being the fastest growing market and also a manufacturing location for Samsung. No wonder more and more s are switching to Apple.

I have the S24 ultra and I have been refreshing the app since dec 5 and I haven't received the notification of the beta. I have tried talking to the team they have no clue and their senior staff closed the chat abruptly. On the other hand I purchased the iPhone 16 Pro max 3 weeks and I have already gotten every beta update on that device. Apple released the software update to everyone worldwide on the same time. This isn't a very good experience for me...

Inconsistent software updates need improvement. I've used Samsung phones from the S7 Edge to the S24 Ultra. I like Samsung's innovation and technology, but its lack of innovation is holding it back, and customer voices seem ignored.

If this update got delayed just once then I can understand it, if Samsung wants to always bring new UI update with new flagship phones then I would say that this is going to be a very bad decision for Samsung. Samsung's identity is to give first and best updates. If they are going to bring new updates only with the launch of their new flagship phones and are going to bring updates so late compared to other companies then despite being a Samsung fan I will never prefer Samsung in my next device.

I have expended substantial sums of money to acquire an S24 Ultra, given the fact that all the updates will be provided to my device. This is what I am experiencing with the first ever update. I am unsure about the future of the next seven years of guaranteed updates. Could I have purchased mutual funds instead of purchasing this phone? I have learned a valuable lesson.

If there is still an issue with one of the features to your device, "phone", troubleshoot by restarting your phone or updating the software specific to the feature that failed, then try again. You can also check to ensure the feature has been enabled and the necessary permissions are "allowed" for feature to work. Thorough app! In my experience, if my phone isn't working well, it's a low battery or in a poor service area.

This is the worst app. It serves no purpose and even Samsungs own tech can't use it. They keep telling me to check for updates because the instructions don't coincide with what actually appears on the app. There is no way to provide to Samsung because the error report function doesn't appear. Samsung please improve your product if you want to stay in business.
