It is a good app but everytime I go to write a thread I've written it out about 5 times and everytime I go to post it on the page it tells me that it's having technical difficulties and to try again later. I've closed the app out and retried it multiable times or when I go to clip the arrow to post it, it doesn't do anything. I really wanna like this app but it's kinda hard to when I can't share or have help. Thank you.

I really like this app. Listeners are here to listen and there are some nice groups that have helped me. That's all pointless now because I can't even use the app. I keep getting "network error" even if there isn't a problem with it. I have tried to fix it so much, even deleting and reinstalling the app, but it doesn't work. I didn't email them until about 2 weeks after, but when I did, they said they would reply in 3-5 business days. It's been months, with no reply!

This app is great for finding someone to talk to, especially if you are going through a difficult time. It's fast and convenient, and it easily enables people to open up right away with the anonymous algorithm set up. The only issue I have, is that I noticed there are a number of people who use this app for inappropriate purposes like asking/saying sexual or personal things to listeners. I hope there is a future update where this can be cleared up in some way.

A great concept, but in practice not so much. Often people drop conversations or say hello and tune out. This is not helpful for people who use the app to -talk- with someone. Not impressed with the "listeners." EDIT: Down to 1 star. I have uninstalled it. Being ignored mid-conversation by a self-styled "listener" is more damaging to my depression than simply not talking to anyone. I am done.

I love the website, but the app is just super spotty. Anytime I try to connect with a listener, I'm told none are available, and Noni (the chat not) asks the same questions over and over, then my answer from the first time automatically fills in and the chat freezes. Not really sure what I'm doing wrong. Will probably just stick with the site honestly.

Sometimes there are excellent listeners and other times there are not, but hey, it's free. I guess s get deleted after a few months inactivity, which is fine. I tried to retrieve my and it said that the email did not exist. Not gonna bother creating another , though. People that need a listening ear or want to help others may want to start with trying this app.

Used to be great but about a year or 2 ago, I had to uninstall it and switch to using the desktop site. I'm glad I had a laptop by then otherwise I would have had no access to online therapy. It became unusable - It would lag while I typed messages to my therapist so badly that letters stopped appearing and words showed up in quick bursts, then the app would just completely crash. I decided it had been a while, and ed it again to give it another shot. Same issue. Clearly devs don't care.

Unsure about what to rate this app... first day on it, I had 2 really good conversations. The first one helped a bit. The second one, the person had broken English which made it difficult to understand, but was still valuable. THEN the third conversation, the listener asked for dick pics... kinda took me off guard cuz I was not expecting people like that on the app. The fourth conversation was not beneficial. I'm taking a break from the app for the night so we'll see.
