Its totally frustrating. After my 2nd year renewal of hip only few offers were provided due to the reason that I purchased hip from the code provided by your partner. Why this discrimination? Later the offers privided were reduced further without any reason and there will be no response whatsoever to the tickets and mails. First year also I have to run from pillar to post to get TOI+ subscription. Nothing changed this year. It's more than frustrating and annoying beyond words.

It's worst experience, I have just activated the code but not redeemed yet. Still they are unable to cancel the subscription while I reached them on priority basis but they declined my request. I'm going forward to raise on Twitter and other social media platforms. So that other people could know about such issues.

Waste of money. No use at all. If anything is useful for anyone here please let me know. I really want to check it. There are few apps/discounts on items, but you actually get more discount if you go to that app and place the order. Directly or indirectly you can find better deals without this application. Not sure how it is having this much rating.

They sell 1 year hips and the benefits keep changing. Some benefits may be removed from the app so you will stop seeing it in your app. But any new benefits that they add will be added only after your next renewal and not while the subscription is ongoing. So the customer is at a loss as he gets lesser benefits than what was shown while taking the hip.

Worst experience. I've purchased Rs.749 offer subscription. Before purchasing, offer on Google1 for 6 months period was showing in the Timesprime app. But after purchasing subscription, the offer is not available to avail. Moreover, other offers like Spotify, Youtube etc. are only for New s on the respective platform, while the same was not mentioned during purchase. The point is why these offers particulary targeting new s are being displayed for older s on Timesprime app?

Very bad customer service! I bought their subscription via third party and the same got activated in my profile but they removed Sony liv, Disney hotstar like main benefits from it. I ed them via email. Sent so many reminders but they are not even responding. Just forget any from them incase one needs it. Pathetic after sale service! Edit- ed on their below mentioned as well. No response till date. Pathetic Service!

No queries response. Took subscription for Sony Lic in the package and it's missing when I tried to redeem it. Really bad experience. They reached to assist post the review,However issue with Zepto subscription still persist. Also,Face issue on other subscription as well. Will not suggest anyone to use it.

Writing from my pov who has been Times Prime customer since last 4 years... The app has reduced all its benefits to such renewal s and most of the benefits are already available from various upi payment based apps via scratch/coupons...no more meaningful subscription available, no value of customer money, full on cheating and scam..
