Making a reservation was easy, however when room rates were shown, Only "Seniors" and Rewards rates showed, although they may not have been any difference, I wanted to be able to also see AAA and AARP. Although I could change/correct the misspelled Last Name for Guest Name, I could not find a way to correct the misspelling on my . I will keep looking for a solution in the app instead of when making a reservation

Something is seriously screwed up in this app. It showed a reserved stay for me but at the wrong hotel. Fearing I would be charged for that, I canceled it, but the next popup confirming the cancelation showed that I had just canceled the reservation at the location I wanted. This led to great confusion and consternation, but luckily I was able to reinstate my reservation by immediately calling the hotel directly. Tread carefully.

Careful with this app. Making a reservation and then leaving it on the confirmation screen seems to have somehow submitted a new reservation, on the same night, while i am already in the room. I told the lady at the reception and she has deleted the duplicate booking for me, but this has resulted in cancellation email, with an official price of a one night! I haven't been actually charged (yet?) and really hope i won't have to call them and explainin the bug to get it refunded. @Devs - FYI !!!

I'm taking off 1⭐ because when searching (typing), it requires tapping every key & won't allow "swipe" typing which is very irritating to me. I've recently used Hilton, IHG, Marriott apps & they all allow swiping. Old review: I can't find an option to sort by price. Works fine except I had a period where whenever I tried to look at my info it would fail with a message : "invalid token". It cleared up after I cleared data (just clearing cache didn't solve it).

I'm not a fan of the app, I normally only use IHG which is more friendly and gives you more access to to your reservation/stay details and allows you to modify your reservations versus this app doesn't. As far as accessing your stay details it just give you your stay dates and hotel information. You can't go back and check the price of the room, cancel or modify your reservation(s) period. It's a one and done process which I'm not a fan of.

Very slow app. Constantly crashes. It is impossible to search for a hotel and go through the reservation/booking process. It will log you out before you finish. Calling the hotem will give yoy a much higher rate, and that is if you are lucky and the call goes through. The app enforces double factor verification (a text message or call to your cellphone), so if you do nor have airtime in the country you are traveling you are in trouble. It wouldn't work just with your fingerprint or face.

One star or less because as of today, you can not book a room with the app .. and for two days while on the road could not get available rooms to come up for any property. Phone had me on hold for 30 minutes while on the road heading to location ... booked directly with property costing me $$$ instead of using points. Will I even get credit for booking at this higher rate??

This app makes it much easier to book your room, it was very friendly & hassle free compared to other apps and/or websites that I've used previously. I've become a fan & avid customer of Wyndham's properties through their stellar customer service & helpfulness, the cleanliness of their facilities & properties I've stayed at, the welcoming, friendly, & very positive attitudes of all staff, and for the safe & secure environments during my many stays. Thank You! Job Well Done Wyndham!
