This app sometimes had trouble with Google maps like it will say the correct address it's telling you to goto but if you tap the Google maps link it will not always send you to the address the link says it is so I have to always double check Google maps is taking me to the correct address cause theirs a huge difference between valley view and valley hills both addresses were very similar but Google maps had 1 address and the app said another I dunno how that could of happend but I blame the app

It's good app. I'm using it few years. The only problem I'm facing now is that when I had an issue in the past, there's was customer to talk with, Even after business hours, and now there's no one to talk with. The customer working only on regular business hours, and only by text...very disappointing

This application is outstanding. I'm basically an idiot with computers and with just a lick of confidence coupled with an easily angered boss I've been able to fly through this thing. And when I do get stuck, someone from their customer service is always there to walk me through my problems.

The way they handle updates is annoying at best & costing me time & money at worst. It's usually the latter. I've had to triple the amount of time I spend with my last 3 customers bc they want to force me to update the reader. Which takes way too long to make a customer wait for. So I manually entered. Then I finally have some time between calls to do the update, and guess what! Now when I make a test call to handle that, I'm able to complete the transaction w/o updating the reader. What?!

Having issues but have no one to actually ! Every time I post an issue to I get the same answer "we're working on the issue and will let you know...." news flash, nonome works on no issue !!! All they do, is email you few days later to check if the issue have Been resolved....NO, I still have issues probably about 5-6 MONTHS !!!!!! This company is TRUSH !!! Avoid at all costs!!! Now they say I need to update app...but there's no apdate available! Jobox say it is avail to 40%- B.S!

This company is a bunch of foreigners trying to take advantage of you. I've used the app to run payments for my own jobs and they are holding the money from me. I've given them everything they want and they won't respond to any of my emails or messages, it's more than 600 bucks they are basically stealing from me. Do not use this app for your work and do not use this app for service. They don't even validate anyone's work history or licensing. They are sending scrubs to do work for you. YBW

Horrible horrible horrible they used to be so good but after the company got sold 2 years ago there is no and updates anymore there's so many bugs and problems in the app and they're not willing to give you a credit card machine unless you pay for it although you're making them a lot of money by charging customers

Terrible app. If you want to pay high fees and lose business because of their system glitches, use this app. Very slow, messages don't go through, bottom line- very unreliable. Save yourself the heartache and use a different service.
