App barely functions to any degree. The loading screen is obnoxious and if you click Skip, it gives you a different pop-up saying not everything is loaded, but all I want is to get to my Premier Access es or check wait times. I don't need whatever is taking 5 minutes to load. Buying tickets is a hassle and almost impossible for foreigners. Syncing a card was a giant pain, too. You can't do almost anything until park open and you're on the property.

This app is pretty functional when the servers are up. Easy to browse wait times, buy tickets, handle the DPA/fast/standby systems, and navigate the park. It's just frustrating that the servers for the park go down fairly often. We had a 2 hour outage that prevented any mobile orders or bookings. If you know Fantasy Springs, you know how devastating an outage like that is! We missed out on a Frozen standby due to this! The servers need better maintenance or downtime protection.

Awful experience. App took minutes to load everytime I opened. Would think it's because of high traffic but we were in the park on a slow day and it was still slow. Once it loaded, constantly received "error" message and not all info would update. It's upsetting because they push the app so much in the park. Even when asking cast general questions they would refer you to the app. I wish there were other options to make reservations outside of this terrible interface.

Not a great app... map could be much clearer with names written properly, also wait times are just plain wrong, although I think that's more a technique by Disney to shuttle people around the site, as well as make you think you have a chance of a short queue (which you don't). Also it wasn't clear how to use the priority stuff. Coupled with the fact that you feel like a 2nd class citizen whilst all the priority people sail past you in the queues, Disney is poor value, never again.

Navigation is clunky. While GPS is great helping find where you are, it does not help you get where you want to go. The reason for two stars - Tried to reserve an entry ticket for a show, the app errored out then would not allow me to attempt to reserve again. As others have mentioned slow to load initially, to me no big deal. However many blocks of the map are missing. No way to switch between Disneyland or Disneysea after selecting one. Can not change language in app.

I had difficulty booking things and could only book 2 rides. When I tried to make a reservation for the popcorn place it would get to the end and go to a blank page. Couldn't book any character meetings. I also had difficulty trying to locate the restrooms on the map cause I had selections made on it such as height restricted rides and infant ok rides. I liked that it allowed me to select options like rides that are OK for infants and that as I was moving around the map would tell me mylocation

Infuriating. For days trying to book tickets it returns a message that the current number of tickets in other people's carts are more then the remining tickets available and to wait for their transactions to complete. I went so far as to go to the ticket gate at the park. The woman there was less than helpful(I speak Japanese fluently, not a language issue). You can't buy ticket at the gate?! Only through the app. App doesn't work. Also, foreign issues credit card? TSOL.

Do not go to Disney in Tokyo. This app absolutely ruined my honeymoon with my wife. Not only does the app crash AFTER we paid money for the tickets and es, but no one here at the park can help. Unless you have an iPhone or they fix Android 14 problems, don't bother. Don't have a terrible experience like us. Just absolutely disgraceful of Disney and it's developers to allow this out without testing. Thanks for nothing.
